ZMO’s matching engine incorporates a spam order detection mechanism that safeguards against malicious actors sending an excessive number of small orders, which could negatively impact trade matching on our platform.
Here’s how the spam order detection mechanism works:
- Any orders with a notional value of under 5 USDT will be marked as spam orders.
- Transacted spam orders will be subject to a taker fee, even if they were placed as maker orders.
- If the order type includes a "post-only” condition, the order will be rejected by the order book.
