1. What is Up or Down?

Up or Down is a simple price prediction product. You choose whether the price of a selected cryptocurrency will go Up or Down within a chosen time duration. If your prediction is correct at expiry, you receive a payout.

2. How do I place a trade?

To place a trade, you need to select:

  • Direction (Up / Down)

  • Amount (USDT equivalent)

  • Duration (e.g. 1m, 3m, 5m, 15m)

Once confirmed, your order will be placed immediately. Also, you can place multiple trades within the same duration before the round ends. Each round corresponds to a fixed time window, e.g., every 1 minute.

3. How is payout calculated?

Your payout is calculated as:

  • Payout = Amount × Odds

Odds are dynamically determined based on market conditions and pricing. If your prediction is correct, you receive the payout. If incorrect, the amount you placed is lost.

4. What is the entry price?

The entry price is the market price at the moment your order is placed. This price is used to determine whether your prediction is correct at expiry.

5. Why can’t I place a trade sometimes?

Trading may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • The round entering a lock-up period (near expiry, typically the last few seconds)

  • System or risk control restrictions (e.g., extreme volatility or maintenance operations)

Please wait for the next available round.

6. What happens at expiry?

At expiry, the system compares your entry price against the final price.

If your predicted direction is correct and matches the actual price movement, you win the payout. Otherwise, the trade is settled as a loss.

7. Can I cancel or close my trade early?

No. Once a trade is placed, it cannot be cancelled or closed early. You must wait until the round expires for the result.
