Depositing cryptocurrencies into your ZMO account is the first step to take in managing your portfolio.
Our platform is engineered to provide a seamless, high-security bridge between your external wallets and our clean, intuitive trading platform.
This guide takes you step-by-step on how to transfer funds to your ZMO account efficiently and securely.
Step 1: Locate Your Deposit Address on ZMO
To begin the transfer, you must first identify the unique wallet address associated with your ZMO account, for the specific cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. In this case, we will deposit USDT.
Log into your ZMO account.
Navigate to the Wallets tab located in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
Click on Deposit and select the cryptocurrency you intend to transfer (e.g., USDT, BTC, or ETH). In this case, we will pick USDT.
Select the appropriate Network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, or BEP20).
In this case, we will transfer USDT on the ERC20 network.
Critical: Ensure the network selected on ZMO matches the network used by your sending platform. Selecting mismatched networks will result in a permanent loss of funds. Our platform will typically display an error message if you input the wrong network, but you should still double-check to make sure.
Click Copy Address or scan the provided QR Code.
Step 2: Initiate the Transfer from Your External Platform
Once you have secured your ZMO deposit address, you must provide it to the platform from which you are sending funds (e.g., a hardware wallet or another exchange).

Open your external wallet or exchange account.
Select the Withdraw or Send function.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Paste your ZMO wallet address into the recipient field.
Confirm that the network matches your selection in Step 1.
Complete any required security verifications (e.g., 2FA or email confirmation) to authorize the transaction.
Step 3: Verify the Transaction Status
After the transaction is initiated on the blockchain, you can monitor its progress directly on the ZMO interface.

Navigate to the History section under your ZMO Wallet.
Select Deposits to view pending and completed transactions.
Once the required number of network confirmations is met, the status will update to “Completed”, and your balance will be reflected in your ZMO Spot Wallet.
