We’ve broken down seven key security tips for you to take into consideration when trading on ZMO for the first time.
Be Aware of Phishing Websites
Our official website URL is https://www.zmo.com.Please avoid using links from other websites to access our trading platform. If you see a similar link that looks suspicious, please flag it to our support team at support@zmo.com.
Keep Your Password Unique and Updated on a Regular Basis
When setting up your password, be sure to use a unique, complex password, and never share it with anyone. Don’t use the same password that you use on other platforms - if you get compromised on another platform, you can easily get compromised on ours. Lastly, we highly recommend updating your password on a regular basis.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Your Account
We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security. Download a reputable authentication app such as Google Authenticator from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Follow our app's instructions to set up 2FA for your account.
Manage Your Devices Properly
