How Can I Change or Retrieve My Password?
Learn how to change your ZMO account password in a few steps. Note that withdrawal and send functions are temporarily disabled for 24 hours after a password change.

To get started, please log into your ZMO account and follow these instructions:.
Go to dashboard -> Security-> Password -> Change
Once you click Change, please follow the instructions below:
1Enter Current Password
New Password
Confirm New Password
Hit the "Send Code" and our system will send the code to your registered email address
Enter 2FA -> Confirm
**Note: "Withdrawal" and "Send" functions will temporarily be disabled for 24 hours after you change your password for security reasons
