Not all networks are supported for every asset. For example, USDT can be received on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), while some tokens are only available on the one specific network they’re built on.
Before sending funds, always confirm the supported networks on our deposit page, which details all of the networks supported for a particular cryptocurrency in the drop-down menu. Sending assets on an unsupported network may result in a failed or unrecoverable transaction.
