A withdrawal’s status may display as Pending for the following reasons:
It’s still awaiting your email or 2FA confirmation code.
It’s under manual security review (common for large or unusual withdrawals).
Temporary system maintenance or high platform loads are slowing the process.
Blockchain network congestion is causing a delay in on-chain processing.
If your withdrawal transaction has been pending for more than 2 hours and you haven’t received a security review notification yet, please contact our Support Team with your transaction ID (TXID).
